1. GearFlex and its Vehicle Partners are independent entities that have partnered to offer you vehicle solutions.

2. Upon approval of your application, a non-refundable Admin and Activation Fee in the amount of R4000.00 will be invoiced and must be paid via EFT to GearFlex. The fee is payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice and our banking details will be included.

3. The Car Rental amount, which includes the cost of the vehicle you have applied for, must be paid in full and in advance of the vehicle's collection or delivery.

4. Your subscription rental installment and the activation fee must be paid prior to vehicle handover and will be automatically debited from your account on a monthly basis thereafter. Our team will provide instructions for making your first payment online following approval.

5.Your monthly Car Rental installment covers insurance, vehicle tracking, maintenance, and 24-hour road-side assistance. It does not cover excess mileage, accident liability, fines, administrative fees, tourism levy, or tolls.

6. During the Car Rental period, it may be necessary to swap out the vehicle and the installment may increase with prior notice.

7.If your ITC score is below 580, a refundable security deposit of R3000 may be required.
